利用規約

Atelier（以下「本アプリ」）を利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、開発者は本アプリの利用に起因する損害（画像ファイルの消失・破損を含む）について責任を負いません。
• 本アプリは写真を端末内でのみ処理し、外部に送信しません。
• 編集する内容、および取り込む画像・ロゴ・フォント・LUT ファイルの権利については、利用者が責任を負うものとします。
• 本アプリは予告なく更新・変更されることがあります。
• 本規約は日本法に準拠します。

サブスクリプション（Atelier Pro）

本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、初回起動から7日間はすべての機能を無料でお試しいただけます（購入不要）。Atelier Pro は Pro 機能を解放する月額の自動更新サブスクリプションです。ご購入時にお支払いが Apple ID に請求され、現在の期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、毎月表示価格で自動更新されます。解約・管理は App Store のアカウント設定からいつでも可能で、解約は現在の期間終了時に有効となります。価格はアプリ内に表示され、地域により異なる場合があります。

Terms of Use

By using Atelier (the “App”) you agree to these terms.

• The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the App, including loss of or damage to image files.
• The App processes your photos entirely on your device and does not upload them.
• You are responsible for the content you edit and for having the rights to any images, logos, fonts, or LUT files you import into the App.
• The App may be updated or changed over time.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Subscription (Atelier Pro)

The App is free to download and includes a 7-day free trial of all features on first launch (no purchase required). Atelier Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks the Pro features. When you subscribe, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the stated price each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.
