Rec10bit PRO (“the App”) is a screen recording and screenshot utility for macOS, developed by Gyou.Gi (“we”, “us”). Rec10bit PRO does its job entirely on your own Mac. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

Data we collect

None. Rec10bit PRO does not collect any personal information, analytics, usage statistics, crash reports, or device identifiers. The App has no account system and requires no sign-in.

Your recordings and screenshots

All video recordings and screenshots are written only to the output folder you choose, on your own Mac.
We never see, upload, or transmit your recordings or screenshots. They never leave your device through the App.
The App contains no networking code for sending your content anywhere.

Purchases & subscriptions

Rec10bit PRO offers a 7-day free trial and an auto-renewable monthly subscription. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit).
We never receive or store your name, payment card, or any billing information — Apple handles all billing.
We operate no server. Your subscription status is verified on your device through Apple's StoreKit, and the free-trial start date is stored only in your local macOS Keychain. None of this is sent to us.

Permissions

Screen Recording (System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording): required by macOS for the App to capture your screen and the audio of other apps. Used solely to perform the recording you request; captured frames and audio are encoded directly to the local file you specify.
Folder access: the App writes only to the folder you explicitly select via the system “Choose folder” dialog.

Third parties

Rec10bit PRO embeds no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It is built only with Apple’s own system frameworks (ScreenCaptureKit, AVFoundation, StoreKit, AppKit, SwiftUI).

Children

Rec10bit PRO does not collect data from anyone, including children.

ありません。 本アプリは個人情報・解析データ・利用統計・クラッシュレポート・デバイス識別子を一切収集しません。アカウント機能はなく、サインインも不要です。

録画・スクリーンショットについて

録画した動画およびスクリーンショットは、お客様が選択した保存先フォルダ（お使いの Mac 上）にのみ書き込まれます。
当方がお客様の録画・スクリーンショットを閲覧・アップロード・送信することは一切ありません。
本アプリにはコンテンツを外部に送信するネットワーク機能は含まれていません。

購入・サブスクリプションについて

本アプリは 7 日間の無料トライアルと自動更新の月額サブスクリプションを提供します。決済はすべて Apple（App Store / StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。
当方がお客様の氏名・クレジットカード・請求情報を受け取ったり保存したりすることは一切ありません。請求はすべて Apple が行います。
当方はサーバーを一切運用していません。サブスクの状態は Apple の StoreKit を通じてお客様のデバイス上で検証され、無料トライアルの開始日はお使いの macOS キーチェーンにのみ保存されます。これらが当方に送信されることはありません。

権限

画面収録（システム設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → 画面とシステム音声の収録）：macOS の仕様上、画面と他アプリの音声をキャプチャするために必要です。お客様が指示した録画を実行するためだけに使用されます。
フォルダアクセス：システムの「フォルダを選択」ダイアログでお客様が明示的に選んだフォルダにのみ書き込みます。

第三者

本アプリは第三者の解析・広告・トラッキング SDK を一切組み込んでいません。Apple 純正のシステムフレームワークのみで構築されています。
