サブスクリプション：Touch Tako は、初回から7日間の無料トライアル後、月額の自動更新サブスクリプション（米国 US$1.99 基準・各地域は Apple が自動換算、日本約¥300）で全機能（全レッスン・全スキン）をご利用いただけます。
無料トライアル：トライアル期間中に解約された場合、料金は発生しません。
課金と自動更新：料金は購入確定時に Apple ID へ請求されます。現在の期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り自動更新され、更新料金は期間終了前24時間以内に請求されます。
解約：購入後、Mac の「システム設定 ▸ Apple ID ▸ メディアと購入 ▸ サブスクリプションを管理」からいつでも解約できます。
購入・返金：購入および返金は Apple（App Store）が処理し、返金は Apple のポリシーに従います。
契約関係：本規約はお客様と開発者（GLSPACE 株式会社）の間の契約であり、Apple は当事者ではありません。Apple は第三者受益者として本規約を行使できます。
標準EULA：本アプリには Apple の標準「Licensed Application End User License Agreement」も適用されます。
プライバシー：本アプリはいかなるユーザーデータも収集しません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

Terms of Use

Subscription: After a 7-day free trial from first launch, Touch Tako unlocks all features (all lessons and skins) via an auto-renewing subscription of US$1.99/month (price set per region by Apple).
Free trial: If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
Billing & auto-renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge occurs within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime after purchase via System Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Media & Purchases ▸ Manage Subscriptions on your Mac.
Purchases & refunds: Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple (App Store); refunds follow Apple's policy.
Parties: This agreement is between you and the developer (GLSPACE Co., Ltd.); Apple is not a party. Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce this agreement.
Standard EULA: Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the App.
Privacy: The App collects no user data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

缔约方：本条款是你与开发者（GLSPACE 株式会社）之间的协议，Apple 不是缔约方。Apple 作为第三方受益人，有权执行本条款。
标准 EULA：本应用同时适用 Apple 标准《许可应用最终用户许可协议》。
隐私：本应用不收集任何用户数据。详见隐私政策。
